Dear Blizzard,

Recently, the World of Warcraft community site in Taiwan announced that several servers will undergo a combing process. The announcement also mentioned that this decision is based on three-month collection of players’ opinions. As a loyal player and supporter, I sincerely write this letter to inform you that most of the players DID NOT receive any customer survey about this merging process. Most of the payers are against this process and trying to negotiate with “Soft-World International Corporation”. However, “Soft-World” responded vaguely, even ignorantly.

As one of the most successful computer game company, you should directly understand the true opinions of players from Taiwan and take this as a serious problem. Postpone this process and gather more information from customers instead of making a rough decision. Otherwise you may lose your reputation and players because of “Soft-World.”

Again, investigate thoroughly the true opinions of players in Taiwan and don’t listen to the one-sided statement from “Soft-World.”
